A Half Day  ”Discovery”

Program: Presentation and course on the region of Burgundy: explaining the concept of wine appellations, winemaking, history & viticulture. Visit the Grand Cru vineyards in Côte de Beaune or Côte de Nuits. Cellar visit and winetasting with a passionate wine grower. Visit the Chateau de Clos Vougeot or the Grand Cru vineyard Montrachet. As an option: Picnic in the vineyards, Visit a Château, Visit a cheese factory, Visit Beaune, Wine Museum & Hotel Dieu. This Private program takes 3- 4 hours and is available every day. Two guests minimum.

One Day “Immersion”

Program: Presentation and course on the region of Burgundy: explaining the concept of wine appellations, winemaking, history & viticulture. Visit the Grand Crus Vineyards of Côte de Beaune & Côte de Nuits along with a tour of the Chateau de Clos Vougeot. Wine tastings in two traditional cellars, meeting two passionate winegrowers. Optional: Picnic in the vineyards, Visit a Château, Visit a Cheese Factory, Visit Beaune, Wine Museum & Hotel Dieu, Visit a Mustard Factory. This Private Program takes: 7 hours Available every day, minimum 2 guests.

Vineyards by Foot or Bike

Program: Visit the Côte de Beaune Grand Cru vineyards by bike or foot, passing along on the Route des Grand Crus. Explanation of the Burgundy region, wine appellations, winemaking & viticulture techniques. Wine tasting in  a traditional Burgundy cellar. As an option: Visit a Château, Picnic in the vineyards. Private programme, 3 hours Available every day, minimum 2 Guests.

Two days “Intensif”

This Private programme takes 14 hours. Available: Every Day, 2 Guests minimum.

Program:

Presentation and course on the region of Burgundy: explaining the concept of wine appellations, winemaking, history & viticulture. Visit the Grand Crus Vineyards of Côte de Beaune & Côte de Nuits along with an explanation of the terroirs of Montrachet, Corton, Vosne-Romanée etc. Tour of the Chateau de Clos Vougeot.  Four Wine tastings in a traditional cellar, meeting passionate winegrowers and discover some of the great wines and Crus of Burgundy. Visit and discover the difference in terroirs between Montrachet, Corton, Clos Vougeot and other great Grand Crus.

As an option: Lunch in a gastronomic Burgundian restaurant, Picnic in the vineyards, Visit a Château, Visit a Cheese Factory, Visit a Mustard Factory.
