But fun though. Re horse ploughing between rows. Good for very narrow rows, but the David Brown & slasher work well. Grass between rows & regular slashing provides mulch & nutriants if grass is fed. Visiting the vineyards and tasting the wine really brought Burgundy to life for me. You imparted your knowledge in an enthusiastic and accessible way and the wineries at Maison Camille Giroud and Domaine de l'Arlot were not to be missed. We managed to pack a lot in and the visits to Clos de Vougeot, Puligny-Montrachet and Meursault were amongst the other highlights.
